Myofascial Release
“Myo-” means muscle and “fascial” is a band or sheet of connective tissue beneath the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and internal organs. This connective tissue is densely woven around your entire body to connect everything from your head to your toes. Myofascial Release is a treatment to release the tension and stress on your myofascial tissues. 

Cupping
From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, Cupping Therapy promotes the flow of Qi and blood, removing blockages to balance body energy. By clearing the meridians and focusing on stimulating specific acupressure points, Cupping Therapy improves circulation, releases myofascial and muscle tissue, while stimulating the lymphatic system to remove the buildup of inflammatory by-products and toxins in the tissue.
